Cultured Chef Founder Chef Stephen Augustin, a Boston native now based out of Los Angeles, has curated custom experiences for clients throughout Southern California, Texas, New England, Chicago, Washington D.C., New York and Costa Rica. With his father, Chef Schiller Augustin of Boston, originally from Haiti & his mother's family from Cape Verde, Stephen has French-Creole, Portuguese & West African palates engrained in his DNA. His unique style of cuisine is a blend of his heritage and Mediterranean influences which he honed under Celebrity Chef Paul Wahlberg.
